Production, Sales and Customer Service all remain in strong, healthy capacities to facilitate creative requests, production needs, and to communicate as needed outside of the office.
All production facilities and inventory suppliers remain operable and in adherence with Government issued safety protocols/guidelines to ensure we can continue to service YOU to the best of our abilities. Please continue to reach out for any needs.
All platform orders will continue to be picked/packed and shipped as usual. This includes all warehouse related functionality (packouts, receiving, kitting, etc.) Please adjust “ship-to” addresses if such a need requires it.
We are in contact with our warehouses and monitoring the current situation with them daily. We will send updates if anything changes to their ability to ship and/or receive products. In addition, we will closely watch changes in services provided by UPS/Fedex/USPS.
Recon has invested in preparing its technology to be flexible and robust in any abnormal business situation.
Our infrastructure has been designed to support remote operations for our staff. Every employee whose function can be performed remotely has a company issued laptop. We have advised all our employees to follow the health guidelines suggested by the CDC.
